We keep what we collect to the minimum we need to take care of your laundry — and we never sell it.
KT Laundry (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects only the information necessary to provide laundry services to you: name, address, phone number, email, payment details (handled by our PCI-compliant processor), and order history.
What we collect
- Account info you provide (name, address, contact details).
- Order details (pickups, weights, special instructions).
- Payment information processed via our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
- Site usage data (cookies, anonymous analytics) to improve the website.
How we use it
- To schedule, fulfill, and bill for laundry services.
- To send you transactional updates (pickup reminders, delivery notifications).
- To improve our service and your experience on this site.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with vendors that help us operate (payment processor, scheduling system, SMS provider) under contracts that require them to protect it.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing laundry@ktlaundry.com. You may opt out of marketing messages by replying STOP to any SMS or unsubscribing from emails.
