You fill a washer all the way, but do not overstuff. You fill a dryer half way so it has room to tumble.

You can start your last load at 11 p.m., but remember the door locks at 11 p.m. If you start your laundry then, do not let the door close or you won’t be able to re-enter until 5 a.m.

The areas that we service are Foristell, Lake St. Louis, O’Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, and Wentzville. We will be adding additional areas in the future. Let us know if you are outside of these areas but are interested.
If you are a recurring customer, your orders will automatically be placed on the schedule. If you are a “by request” customer, you can schedule your pickup on-line.
No, we will text you a message when we are on our way and you are the next stop, but you can tell us on the software where we can pickup the clothes or where to leave them. Some people pick the front porch, the back porch, the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager.

After the clothes have been washed and folded.
We return the clothes on the next delivery day. That is normally 2 days.
