How much soap should I use?
Our attendants help customers determine the right amount depending on the size of their loads and the size of the machines.
How much do you fill up each machine with clothes?
You fill a washer all the way, but do not overstuff. You fill a dryer half way so it has room to tumble.
How is parking?
Good. All of our stores have parking lots.
When is the last load?
You can start your last load at 11 p.m., but remember the door locks at 11 p.m. If you start your laundry then, do not let the door close or you won't be able to re-enter until 5 a.m.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 18 years.
What types of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, credit and debit cards.
Do you do dry cleaning?
Yes, we send it out.
Do you do spotting?
Absolutely.
What happens if clothes are damaged?
We cover the cost of our mistakes.
Do you serve my area?
The areas that we service are Foristell, Lake St. Louis, O'Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, and Wentzville. We will be adding additional areas in the future. Let us know if you are outside of these areas but are interested.
Do I need to call each time I need laundry service?
If you are a recurring customer, your orders will automatically be placed on the schedule. If you are a "by request" customer, you can schedule your pickup on-line.
Do I have to be home when you pickup or deliver my clothes?
No, we will text you a message when we are on our way and you are the next stop, but you can tell us on the software where we can pickup the clothes or where to leave them. Some people pick the front porch, the back porch, the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager.
What type of payment?
You can use a credit or debit card.
When do I get charged?
After the clothes have been washed and folded.
What is the turnaround time?
We return the clothes on the next delivery day. That is normally 2 days.
